The Hong Kong Polytechnic University is the largest tertiary institution,in terms of student numbers, funded by the HKSAR Government through the University Grants Committee. It has pioneered the provision of application-oriented education in Hong Kong, grooming more than 200,000 young men and women since its inception in 1937.
