Tuition Fees - Government-funded Programmes

The tuition fees for full-time programmes are as follows, unless otherwise specified. These fees are subject to revision.

Government-funded Programmes

    • The tuition fee for Bachelor's Degree programmes is HK$42,100 per academic year, payable in two equal instalments before the start of the first and second semesters of the academic year.
    • The tuition fee for Higher Diploma programmes is HK$31,575 per academic year, payable in instalments of HK$15,788 and HK$15,787 before the start of the first and second semesters of the academic year.
    • The tuition fee for a Sandwich year is one-fifth of the annual tuition fee for that programme.

Please note that these tuition fees are subject to confirmation.

Double Degrees
For government-funded local students who choose the double-degree option, the tuition fee for the additional self-financed year is HK$54,730 or HK$1,825 per credit for students who are studying on a part-time basis only.

Please note that this tuition fee is subject to annual review.

New students in government-funded full-time Bachelor's Degree and Higher Diploma programmes are required to pay a registration fee of HK$5,000 when they take up their offer. The registration fee, which is non-refundable and non-transferable, will be converted to form part of the first semester tuition fee. The remainder must then be paid on or before the payment deadline specified on the debit note.

Tuition fees are non-refundable, except in the case of programme cancellation. However, if a new student has formally sought approval for withdrawal or for deferment of studies from the relevant department before the start of their first semester, then the tuition fee paid for the semester, after deducting the registration fee, will be refunded in cash.
