Post-entry Scholarships and Prizes

Admittees who are not offered entry scholarships can still strive for post-entry academic scholarships, which offer a maximum of $50,000 each to outstanding students who attain the yearly GPA level stipulated by the University.

In addition, more than 1,300 other scholarships and prizes, normally ranging in value from around HK$5,000 to HK$110,000 each, are available to full-time students.

Some of these are specifically intended for travel in order for students to broaden their professional knowledge and widen their personal horizons. Others are especially intended for JUPAS admittees, and these are awarded on academic merit and/or other specific conditions as stipulated by the donors. Most scholarship and prize candidates are nominated by the Heads of academic departments, but some scholarships and prizes are open to competition.
